Eddie Middle-Line just finished writing the new hit single Josephine Baker for Boney M’s Maizie Williams. The song will also feature the late Bobby Farrell.

This is the first new release by two members of Boney M in over 30 years. It’s a catchy dance number in the style of artists like Lady Gaga, David Guetta and Duck Sauce, all of whom at different times have sampled Boney M songs. “Josephine Baker” also sounds like it’s sampled from a Boney M song but it isn’t – it’s an original track produced by Dutch DJ and producer Eddie Middle-Line.

Both song and video will be released world wide 3 October 2011.
